Meaningful activity across RetireNotions. All date windows use UTC and include today.
Input and access issues are shown separately from application errors. Expand an entry for timing and HTTP status. Financial inputs are never logged.

Current invited cohort, including existing accounts and starter plans. Returned means active on at least two UTC dates since tracking began, within retained history. This is a current-state snapshot; deleted plans are not counted.
Submissions and first resolutions or closures in the selected period. Resolution time starts when feedback is submitted; reopened items are counted only at their first resolution.
Successful activity determines active users and households. Signed-in visits count once per user and household per UTC day. Successful autosaves and calculations record daily activity presence only, with no individual feed entries. Activity days count user/household combinations active on each UTC day, not requests or sessions. Each failed action is counted; repeated failures are grouped in the feed. Plan creation includes starter plans and imports. Background reads and dashboard refreshes are not counted. This dashboard refreshes every five minutes while visible, or when you select Refresh usage. Plan recovery history and security auditing are separate.
Only identity, household ID, action, outcome, status code and duration are stored. No financial balances, workbook contents, passwords or tokens are recorded. Technical failures also go to Cloud Logging.
All RetireNotions account profiles and product invitations: email, display name, product type, household role and saved-plan counts. Financial assumptions and plan contents remain private.
Choose Beta Tester for a free pilot invited by the Platform administrator, or Regular owner/user for the normal trial and subscription. Product type is separate from Owner, Editor and Viewer permissions. Sharing an existing household requires a household invitation.
Suspension blocks subsequent application requests and preserves saved plans. Platform administrator access is protected.
Choose the household whose plans and people you want to manage. Everything on the Plans and People tabs applies to this one.
A household holds its own plans and its own people. Each account owns one household; others can be shared with you by invitation.
The owner is the one account that can close the household or hand it to someone else. Every other permission is set on the People tab.
Loading household plan limit…
Every plan in the active household. Renaming and deletion apply immediately; deletion cannot be undone.
Every save keeps a revision. Restoring one creates a new revision, so nothing in the history is lost and the restore itself can be undone.
Loading household people limit…
Owners can invite an Editor or a Viewer. Ownership moves only through “Transfer ownership”.
Invite an Editor to collaborate on plans, or a Viewer for read-only access. The household keeps one owner with control over billing, members, deletion and ownership transfers. The email contains a single-use link valid for seven days; sign in or create an account with the invited email to accept.
Invite up to 3 new people to RetireNotions from your account. Each person can create an independent household as its Owner & Editor. This gives them no access to your household or plans. Owners, Editors and Viewers can send these invitations.
Loading your invitation allowance…
Your allowance is shared across all households. Each distinct email uses one of your 3 invitations, including accepted, expired or cancelled invitations. Resending to the same person uses no additional slot. New households have their own trial or subscription eligibility; beta access does not transfer.
Optional passkeys let you sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN. Keep Google or email and password available for recovery.
Recent membership, ownership and household changes in this household.
These cannot be undone. Export any plans you want to keep first. Cloud artifacts are collected after seven days; backup retention is separate. Closing this account does not close your Family Tree account.
RetireNotions projects your household’s income, spending, taxes, Medicare premiums and savings one year at a time. Here is what each part of the model calculates, and what it simplifies or leaves out. Results are educational estimates, not advice.
Creates a copy of the current plan under a new name in your household. Your edits are already saved, so the copy includes everything you see now. The plan you are editing stays as it is.
Every change is saved to this plan in your account as a new revision. The 50 most recent revisions are kept, so you can return to an earlier version at any time.
You can view this plan's history. Only the household owner and Editors can restore a revision or reset the plan.
Replaces every assumption in this plan with the default plan's, on every screen at once:
The plan is renamed “Default retirement plan”. Other plans in your household are not affected. Nothing is deleted: the current version stays in the revision history above, and you can restore it straight after the reset.
